Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rabiq Digital LLC (“Rabiq Digital,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company, handles information collected through the appealos.ai website (the “Site”).

Scope. This policy covers the marketing Site only. The AppealOS product — including any handling of practice documents during an evaluation or pilot — is governed by the written agreement (and, where applicable, the Business Associate Agreement) signed with each practice, not by this policy.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on the Site, we collect what you enter:

• your name and role,
• your practice name,
• your work email address,
• your approximate monthly biologic denial volume, and
• anything you write in the optional message field.

Our hosting provider also records routine technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) as part of operating the Site. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on the Site.

Do not submit patient information

The Site’s form is for business contact information only. Please do not attach, paste, or otherwise submit patient information through the Site. If we receive information that appears to identify a patient, we will delete it and notify the sender. Document sharing for a free packet evaluation happens through a separate, secure channel with redaction instructions, never through this Site.

How we use information

• to respond to your inquiry and send redaction instructions and next steps,
• to follow up with you about AppealOS, and
• to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the Site: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of form-submission notification emails). These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

Retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle the conversation and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, email support@rabiqdigital.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
