Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · Rabiq Digital LLC (Georgia, USA)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the appealos.ai website (the “Site”), operated by Rabiq Digital LLC (“Rabiq Digital,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Scope. These Terms cover the marketing Site only. Access to the AppealOS product, including any evaluation or pilot involving practice documents, is governed by a separate written agreement.
What the Site is
The Site describes AppealOS, an administrative software tool for preparing insurance appeal and prior-authorization documentation for review by qualified practice staff. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes.
Not medical, legal, or billing advice
Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, or billing advice, and AppealOS is not a medical device. AppealOS drafts and checks documents; qualified staff at your practice review, approve, and remain responsible for everything that is submitted to a payer. We do not guarantee that any appeal or prior-authorization request will be approved.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit patient information through the Site’s contact form.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- Do not use the Site’s content to mislead others about AppealOS or its output.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and logos — are owned by Rabiq Digital LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabiq Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
